Our service is built around a profound respect for individuality and time is set aside to meet each executive in person (irrespective of location); executive briefing documents are prepared to position the opportunity and manage expectations; behaviour profiles are developed for each role and individual considered for that position to manage risk effectively. Feedback is given to both parties – good and bad. People are treated with respect and as individuals.
